Programs tailored to your needs

To help lower costs, many of our customers make use of our maintenance contracts where we take care of the preventative maintenance and/or full maintenance for a low flat rate. Managing and scheduling the repairs and PMs of forklifts can be expensive and time consuming. If you are focused on your daily manufacturing or warehousing concerns and have limited time to manage your forklift fleet, then let PennWest do what we do best and manage your fleet for you. We can help you decrease fleet sizes, increase up time and cut your costs. With over 1,400 forklifts on contract service agreements, our customers have found excellent value in the contract services we provide.

Basic services are recommended every 250 hours of operations or every six months.  This service consists of an engine oil and filter change, grease and a complete safety inspection.

PennWest’s Plus service is recommended every 1,000 hours of operation or once per year whichever comes first.  This service includes all the items done during the basic service plus transmission oil and filter and fuel filter.

PennWest’s complete service is recommended every 2,000 hours or once per year whichever comes first.  During this service our qualified technicians will change all filters and fluids on your equipment. Just like every other service PennWest offers we will also grease and do a complete safety inspection on your equipment.

If you prefer a fixed price per month to help cover incidental wear items, let us know and we will add it in as a Custom Option.  Items such as tires, batteries, lights are a good example.  We will add the price of the additional service to the package.  Instead of seeing a large bill during the year, the cost will be smoothed in over the year to stay within your monthly budget.
